Warwick Railway Station Our Warwickshire The gloucestershire warwickshire railway is a volunteer operated heritage railway in gloucestershire and worcestershire offering a round trip of 28 miles. it uses part of the route of the former great western railway's main line from birmingham to cheltenham which used to run via stratford upon avon. it now operates steam and heritage diesel. The gloucestershire warwickshire steam railway runs from cheltenham at one end of the line to broadway at the other, calling at gotherington, winchcombe, hayles and toddington. the southern terminus of the line in cheltenham is in the grounds of cheltenham racecourse. it’s a five minute drive north of cheltenham town centre with free parking. Tickets & fares. tickets are only valid for travel on the date printed on them. the following prices are valid on all dates in our timetable in 2024 apart from special event dates coloured in gold on the timetable, when special timetables and prices may apply. single tickets are available to purchase from our booking offices only.
