Uniformed Services University S 50th Anniversary An Abbreviated The uniformed services university of the health sciences (usu) is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its founding this year. the university, which now boasts more than 11,000 alumni, started originally with the school of medicine and just 32 students. over the years, usu has grown into a valuable national asset, with four schools that provide. Usu is celebrating its 50th anniversary with some history and memories both old and new.

Usu 50th Anniversary Youtube Announcing the usu alumni association 50th anniversary capital campaign! welcome alumni, faculty, and friends to the fall of 2022. we hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected given all we’ve been through the last several years. on the good news side of the ledger, this year we celebrate. 2022 marked the uniformed services university's (usu) 50th anniversary, and the past year exemplified all that usu has to offer.students saved lives, responded to real life mass casualties, and helped evacuees — all while continuing to realize their dreams of becoming world class healthcare professionals; the selection of dr. jonathan woodson as the newest president signified a bold move. The grants will support students from all usu schools. we currently have over 12,000 alumni, so if everyone gives just $500.00 we will exceed our 50th anniversary capital campaign goal. with a participation rate of 20% an average donation of $2500.00 – an amount that would fund a student’s travel for an academic presentation, as an example. It is your demonstrated spirit of service that encourages me to ask each of you to please contribute in support of our 50th anniversary capital campaign goal of $5,000,000. we can do more for the university that gave us our start, and benefit the next generation of leaders who will take care of our nation, and us, when we hang up our stethoscopes.
