Collection юааreviewюаб юааthe Questionюаб By Dennis Oтащneil And Denys Cowan Finished reading the recently released the question omnibus and i was pleasantly surprised how engaging it was. i really like it when there is a story line running through large chunks of the book. i really dislike when each issue is a self contained story. in this case the characters kept coming in and out of the story while also going through. Question doesn't have powers and this is more hard boiled detective turned vigilante than a traditional super hero book. it is about a guy trying to deal with his anger in a situation that can only make anyone angry. it is in line with grell's green arrow run as far as the scale of the stakes and the scale of the powers. One of my most wanted dc omnibus is finally here! the question omnibus by dennis o'neil and denys cowan vol. 1! i talk about why its one of the best comics. The question was created by steve ditko and was originally a very hard nosed, conservative character in line with ditko's objectivist belief system. o'neil rebuilt him from the ground up in a way that ditko would've hated, but that still still connected with that past. there's also an issue that directly tackles alan moore's then recent watchmen.
